We have created this space for you to attend to God, yourself and one another with a focus on the story of Israel's "first couple" (Sarah and Abraham) and their challenge to trust God's promise in the face of impossibility. Sarah laughs twice in this story, first in disbelief and again in surprised joy as she experiences her impossibility unraveling. God is present in both of her moments of laughter. Where are you laughing at impossibility right now? When have you been surprised when God unraveled impossibility? How can Jesus, the crucified and risen one, help you to hope in the face of impossibility?
