This morning our scripture is from Genesis chapter 32 where Jacob wrestles with God and comes out changed for the better. The sport of wrestling is up close and personal. You cannot wrestle with someone from afar or without touching. You need to be face to face. It’s a place of vulnerability, looking your opponent in the eye. As followers of God we need to know that it’s OK to ask questions and have doubts. Wrestling with God means you care. If you didn’t care you would just walk away. Join us as we wrestle with God.
